
The Deanery, owned and managed by Anthony Jones, has been using Wine Shields since July 2007. They initially put the product in super-premium wines they were charging $12/glass. Eventually, once the staff gained confidence, they have moved to putting the product in all opened bottles at the end of every session - lunch, dinner.
